My wearable art jewelry integrates precious gems and metals using a blend of art and fabrication. The techniques include hot and cold connections, fold forming, lamp work, texture and patina.
Color is what truly enlivens me and I use it gleefully in my art. I coil, bend, twist, flatten and form wire, which once began simply straight–stones, glass and sterling silver are often incorporated

Sterling and mixed metal jewelry with accents of my own hand cut gemstones. Techniques include lapidary, forging, riveting, soldering, and stone setting. Bold geometric designs inspired by nature.
Taking sheets of glass, I cut, form, and kiln-fuse them into cabochons. I then weave different gauges of wire around the glass to form the rest the jewelry. Patina is then added using liver of sulfur.
Through forging, twisting, fabricating, stone setting, and etching I create metal and gemstone jewelry. Working in copper, sterling, gold/rose-gold fill I create jewelry in an expansive price range.
