On gallery canvas I use a proprietary material with oil paint to create texture and I add glass and mica for a gorgeous effect. I use brushes and palette knives.

My main medium is pen.I use stippling and scribbling for my rendering. Blending and shading with markers or watercolors are apparent in some creations where dimension is a focus.
To communicate my message of empowerment passion and beauty, I use a mixed media approach, utilizing an array of mark-making, drips, brush strokes and vibrant colors to bring each piece to life.

I primarily use colored pencils, ink pens, and colored ink to create my work. I then use this work to create digital print reproductions, buttons, stickers, hats, and shirts by hand and through the Iowa City based print shop Hospers. My work is very playful in nature, and I often experiment in number of cartoonish and illustrative styles. I create artwork because I love it, and I try not to take myself too seriously.
