About:  

Shining Realm is a psychedelic rock/folk collective based in Iowa City. Formed in 2019, the current lineup features members of Maul of America, Daisyglue, Commanders and the Boo-Hoos. Their music is a blend of 70’s era psych and Kraut rock with Eastern and Afro Beat influences. Their second album, Talismandala, will be released on May 12^th, 2025.
