About:  

Mind@Large was formed in 2022 by Iowa City native Ryan Jeter. Ryan was a founding member of the Iowa born band Euforquestra that moved to Colorado in 2008. In 2017 he and his family moved from Fort Collins, CO to Des Moines, IA where he lives today. Mind@Large is a collective that includes several talented musicians in Iowa that all bring their own unique abilities and experiences to the table. The band will be performing in support of their debut EP release “Off The Rails” that will be out summer 2023. The EP features vocalist, lyricist and fellow Euforquestra member Mathew Wright who will also be joining the group for concerts during the summer 2023.

Mind@Large also includes: Jay Foote on the bass, Robert Espe on the tenor sax,  Rob Ankum on guitar, Ryan Mullin on percussion, Antonio Garza on trumpet and Michael Woods on the drums. You can expect to hear a combination of many musical styles including, Funk, Soul, New Orleans jazz, Reggae and Dub.
