School may be out for the summer, but the School of Soul IS OFFICIALLY IN SESSION! East meets west in the middle when Omaha-based organist Mitch Towne and Chicago-based drummer extraordinary Ernie Adams combine forces with Iowa City-based saxophonist Damani Phillips. The result of this collaboration is the P.T.A. Organ Trio – a group that specializes in the more soulful, funky and bluesy side of the jazz tracks. The result is a musical mix that is guaranteed to offer a little something for all audiences to enjoy. This group is hard-hitting, hard-grooving, greasy soul jazz goodness at it’s finest!
