Old Capitol Mall 201 S Clinton St., Iowa CityCo-sponsored by US Bank and River Products In 2022, the Emerging Artist Area will be in the Old Capitol Mall, in the east wing. The mall entrance that is closest to the Area is on Washington Street. There will be signs posted and maps available on festival
