This is a new band, but it is also a chance for 4 old friends to have a little fun playing more modern music (from off the beaten path) as well some originals. Hopefully you will find our approach to this music to be challenging and fun

Joey Schnoebelen is a classical and jazz trumpeter from Iowa City. He was a 4-year member of All State Orchestra and Principal Trumpet in the QCYSO. He was a 3-year member of SEIBA Honor Jazz Band and All State Jazz Band earning lead trumpet each year. Joey

The Adam Astrup Quartet is a jazz quartet based out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The group is primarily focused on performing original compositions written by its group members. The group consists of guitarist Adam Astrup, drummer Simon Petrick, saxophonist Andrew Tomten and bassist Alma Engebretson.

Laranja is a jazz/rock group from Iowa City, that plays the adventurous and inventive compositions of guitarist Dan Padley and saxophonist Ryan Smith. Drew Morton (bass) and Justin LeDuc (drums) round out the rhythm section of this band that has honed their unique blend of progressive energized
