My linoleum block prints are designed, drawn, carved, and printed by me. I print them with a proof press using black oil ink on white archival paper, and hand-paint them with transparent acrylic ink.
Detailed, hand-pulled Etchings/Aquatints on metal plates created using traditional intaglio methods. The resulting prints are often selectively hand colored with acrylic ink and/or watercolor.
I make etchings from my hand drawn zinc plates. I then hand paint them with watercolors. My work explores the natural world around us plus an exploration of architecture.
I am self-taught in linoleum printmaking and have a degree in graphic design. I use a reduction and multi-plate method and use oil-based inks.
