Surf Zombies are an Iowa-based surf instrumental unit that has been playing the Midwest since 2007. Known for an energetic fast-paced show featuring summer anthems from their six studio albums, Surf Zombies get any party moving with their variety of grooves and tempos. Brook Hoover is a founding member and plays guitar. Ian Williams is also on guitar with Trevor Treiber on bass and Luke Ferguson on drums. They were recognized by the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with a Spirit Award in 2017.

Plastic Relations is a locally grown cover band focused on good music and great times. Created in 2014 with remnants from other area bands, Plastic Relations has settled on its current seven-member line-up. They tailor set-lists to fit a theme or event, playing everything from a Class of 1967 Reunion to the soundtrack from Dazed and Confused to their David Bowie Tribute show. With Renee Zukin on lead vocals, Ben Jaggers on lead guitar, Eben Louis on keys and Forrest Heusinkveld on drums, the sound is hard to resist, no matter the theme.
