About:  

The Recliners is an 8-member ensemble and plays a wide variety of music shaped by the interests and talents of each individual member. This longstanding group of Iowa City denizens have played together for nearly 35 years. Their music ranges from classic ’60s and ’70s rock to newly released songs by contemporary singer-songwriters, and includes original tunes, American folk music, Irish melodies, bluegrass, blues, ballads, and mostly, good old-fashioned rock and roll.
